NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-013171-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and RANDALL L DAVIS; BRIDGET A DAVIS; GERALD L JONES; SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION; SORRENTO EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 27th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
