NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 15, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2009-CA-011265-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. TRUST 2007-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR-4, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J LOEBERT; JULIA A. LOEBERT A/K/A JULIA ANN LOUBERT-LOEBERT; MYAKKA VALLEY RANCHES IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROSLINE LOEBERT are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 11/20/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
