NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 58-2012-CA-001526 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and KUNDARI IANNONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KUNDARI IANNONE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 19thday of November, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of Grove Lot 73, as per Plat of Englewood, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 130, of the Public Records of Manatee County and re-recorded in Plat Book A, Page 29, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, thence South 155 feet, thence West 186 feet for a Point of Beginning, thence South 155 feet, thence West 62 feet, thence North 155 feet, thence East 62 feet to the Point of Beginning.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
