NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2009-CA-020080 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 19th day of November, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 4109, 4110 AND THE SOUTHEASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 4111, BEING THE 1/2 THEREOF ADJOINING AND CONTIGUOUS TO SAID LOT 4110, OF SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
