ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
A Petition for Discharge of Guardians has been filed by Dolores Martinez and Roberto R. Martinez, the Florida Guardians, upon the grounds of a change of domicile for the Ward. Thirty days from the date of the first publication of this notice, Dolores Martinez and Roberto R. Martinez, will request this Court to enter an Order Discharging them as Guardians of the Person and Property of the Ward. At that time, the jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to Illinois.
All persons on whom this Notice is served who have objections to the Petition for Discharge of Guardians filed herein by the Florida Guardians shall file such objections with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SERVICE OF THE PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIANS OR THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF NOTICE. Any objection shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. Within ninety days after the filing of an objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served or the objection shall be abandoned. ALL OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
