NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 18, 2013, entered in Case No. 13-CA-052594 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Jennie Duque, Deceased; Jennifer Lewis; Punta Gorda Isles, Section 22 Homeowners Association, Inc.; King Tarpon Condominium Association, Inc. ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 20 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 37, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF TARPON PASS THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2455, PAGE 3745, ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 16 AND 17 AND THE AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2494, PAGE 1787 AND THE PLAT THEREOF WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
