NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed OCT 25, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-055868 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka the Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-0C1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OC1 is the Plaintiff and Dawn D. Willett; Unknown Spouse of Dawn D. Willett; Michael Willett; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company, LLC; Myerlee Square Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 25 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NUMBER 11A OF MYERLEE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1320 AT PAGES 397 THROUGH 434, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
