Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 25, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION FOR 665 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 50 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE BONITA BEACH ROAD; THENCE CONTINUE ON THE SAME COURSE ON THE CENTER LINE OF A ROAD 130 FEET WIDE FOR 1618.5 FEET TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF ROAD 100 FEET WIDE; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF SAID 100 FEET WIDE ROAD FOR 365 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF LAND HEREIN CONVEYED; THENCE RUN SOUTH FOR 175 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 60 FEET; THENCE NORTH 175 FEET TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF SAID 100 FEET WIDE ROAD; THENCE RUN EAST ALONG SAID ROAD FOR 60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 4221/4223 TARPON A, BONITA SPRINGS, FL 34134; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on November 25, 2013 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
