BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and VALERIE DOWNING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VALERIE DOWNING; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LAGUNA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; MONTEREY AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION INC.; JAMES R. LONG, P.A.; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 25 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
