NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-018638 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and TIFFANI WILSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#10039322006335225); THE LANDINGS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; BARFIELD BAY PROPERTIES, INC D/B/A HIDDEN RIVER APARTMENTS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A GARRET MILLER, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of November, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 803, OF THE LANDINGS OF TAMPA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15589, AT PAGE 1308 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
