NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-018742-DIVISON C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Andre Falcony, Maria Fernandez, Courtney Palms Condominium Association, Inc, Wachovia Bank, National Association, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 113 COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15019, PAGE 0589, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
