NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-017508, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES C. LAUER; COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CASSANDRA REVELS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
