LOT 3 OF SUBURBAN PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46 PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1983 COUNTRY MANOR MOBILE HOME, SERIAL NUMBERS CM34814993A & CM34814993B.
Commonly known as: 1005 BRINWOOD DRIVE, SEFFNER, FL 33584-3670, at a public sale on November 13, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. EST after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
