NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-007373 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2005-KS10 was the Plaintiff and TISHER A. CARTER, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 37, BLOCK 2, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 17, PHASE 1 & 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
