BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF TRACT 2, IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SOUTH TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 3, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE NORTH 129 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN EAST 326 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 129 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 326 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 129 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
