NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12009878CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF TENNIE A. NEELY, DECEASED THE ESTATE OF TENNIE A. NEELY, DECEASED; PAUL RANDALL NEELY; KATHRYN NEELY; ELLEN K. NEELY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO REPUBLIC BANK; W.E.C. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 14th day of November 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT NO. 205, WATER'S EDGE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4080, PAGE 1698, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 55, 56 AND 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
