Lot 46 Blk 2, Brighton Bay Phase 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 122, Page 15, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 892 Addison Dr NE, St Petersburg FL 33716.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 22, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
