NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009455 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Trustee Company, as Trustee of the 15456 60th Street Land Trust, under the provisions of a trust agreement dated the 16th day of November 2004, James M. Enright, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 15456 60th Street Land Trust, under the provisions of a trust agreement dated the 16th day of November, Tenant #1 n/k/a Marie St. Louis, Tenant #3 n/k/a Daphne Howard, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, BLOCK 6, MUNDAYS ADDITION TO FOUR PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
