NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013385-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S Bank National Association, as trustee for JPMorgan MortgageTrust 2006-S2, is the Plaintiff and Jacee Wilson Howard, Stephen C. Howard, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
