NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-2725-CI-07 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTARMORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and MARIA I. VELEZ; LEONIDESFF VELEZ; AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR BAYROCK MORTGAGE CORPORATION, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of December, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1102, AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15084, PAGE 873, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 142, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
