Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, the Clerk of Court shall sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
LOT 15, BLOCK 6, PELHAM MANOR NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2895 18th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on DECEMBER 11, 2013, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
