NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-021682 of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 19th day of November, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3, SKYVIEW TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 74 AND 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
