NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 19th day of November, 2013 , at 10:00 a.m. www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 7, (NOW DESIGNATED AS UNIT 6 BY VIRTUE OF AFFIDAVIT CONFIRMING ERROR ON RECORDED PLAT FILED JULY 6, 1973 IN O.R. BOOK 4050, PAGE 1637, PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS), BUILDING 14, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PARADISE SHORES GROUP NO. 14, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3453, PAGE 312, ET. SEQ. AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 36 AND 37, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
