NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-008279-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Minou Esteb Kneschke, Coachman Creek Condominium Association, Inc., Charles W. Walker, Jr., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 13th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 123, BUILDING 1, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF COACHMEN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4913, PAGE 1436, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND FILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88 THROUGH 105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
