NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of August, 2013, entered in Case No.: 13-006746 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein BANKUNITED, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ARCTURAS 407 LLC, a Florida limited liability company; MICHAEL R. SCHWEIGER; and TARGET COMMERCIAL REALTY LLC, a Florida limited liability company, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the full amount of the bid payable on the same day of sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on November 21, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real and personal property to wit:

The North 100 feet of Lot 5, together with the North 100 feet of the West 35 feet of Lot 6, Block B, UNIT D OF SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page(s) 52, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and run thence South 89 deg. 22' 53” East along the centerline of Gulf to Bay Boulevard 30 feet; thence run North 01 deg. 27' 18” West, 50.03 feet to a point in the North right of way boundary of Gulf to Bay Boulevard, which is 30.0 feet East along said boundary from its intersection with the West boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4. Thence continue North 01 deg. 27' 18” West along the East boundary of Arcturas Avenue right of way 180 feet to the Point of Beginning. From Point of Beginning thus established, continue North 01 deg. 27' 18” West along the East boundary of Arcturas Avenue right of way 100 feet, thence South 89 deg. 22' 53” East, 170 feet; thence South 01 deg. 27' 18” East, 100.00 feet; thence North 89 deg. 22' 53” West, 170 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
