NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 22, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 07010833CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC., ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, GREGORY HAROLD CUONZO, DECEASED; LISA CUONZO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF GREGORY HAROLD CUONZO, DECEASED; LISA CUONZO, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GREGORY HAROLD CUONZO, DECEASED; RYAN CUONZO, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF GREGORY HAROLD CUONZO, DECEASED; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/04/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
