NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 22, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Janet M. Morrin is the Plaintiff and James Beucler, Shelley Gardens Condominium Unit IV Association and Unknown Parties in Possession are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Condominium Unit No. 5, SHELLEY GARDENS CONDOMINIUM UNIT IV, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2952, Page 723, as amended from time to time, and plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 44 and 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
