Dalton, deceased, or of any other deceased heirs of Virginia E. Murphy, deceased
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to establish and probate a residuary devise in a lost will has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on WM. FLETCHER BELCHER, ESQUIRE, Attorney for Counterclaimant/Crossclaimant, whose address is Law Offices of Wm. Fletcher Belcher, 540 Fourth Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, on or before Decembe 2, 2013, and to file the original with the Clerk of Circuit Court, Probate Division, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33762, either before service on the Counterclaimant/Crossclaimant's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
