NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-000718-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and LINDA A. MONTEMARANO; HIDDEN GROVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANTS (S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on NOVEMBER 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, HIDDEN GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 37 THROUGH 40 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
