NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff, SYNOVUS BANK, and determination of reasonable attorney's fees entered in the above-styled case number 2013-CA-002534 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, and this Court's October 23, 2013, Order on Synovus Bank's Motion to Reset Foreclosure sale, that I, Ken Burke, Pinellas Clerk of the Court, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

c. Legal Description:
Lot 40, LESS that portion described as follows: commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 40, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence North 00°18'17” East, a distance of 115.00 feet; thence South 89°09'05” East, a distance of 2.86 feet; thence South 01°44'05” West, a distance of 115.01 feet to the Point of Beginning, SEMINOLE GROVE ESTATES NORTH ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 81, pages 74 through 78 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, to be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of December, 2013.
