YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PARADISE SHORES APARTMENTS, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 16, Building 7, of PARADISE SHORES GROUP NO. 7, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Pages 47 - 48, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3453, Page 312, and amended to add 7, filed in O.R. Book 3843, Page 109, and further amendments; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 5286 81st Street North, #16, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33709
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before December 2 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
