NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-3521-CI-8, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR23, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR23 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and LOWELL B. ANDREWS; PAULETTE ANDREWS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANKATLANTIC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 19th day of November 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION THEREOF: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 4; THENCE SOUTH 28°06'12” WEST, FOR A DISTANCE OF 117.99 FEET; THENCE NORTH 87°53'44” WEST, FOR A DISTANCE OF 7.79 FEET; THENCE NORTH 31°22'37”EAST, FOR A DISTANCE OF 122.16 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BLOCK 2, STARKEY HEIGHTS UNIT NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
