NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012743-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES NC 2006-HE4 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES NC 2006-HE4 is the Plaintiff and CATALINA TORRES; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AN INACTIVE CORPORATION; SURREY RIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JOSE TORRES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20th day of November, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, SURREY RIDGE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 58 AND 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 77 DEGREES 48 MINUTES 26 SECONDS W, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1A DISTANCE OF 117.12 FEET; THENCE N 60 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 04 SECONDS W, ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE A DISTANCE OF 68.44 FEET; THENCE N 00 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 46 SECONDS E, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 1 A DISTANCE OF 19.85 FEET ; THENCE S 82 DEGREES 43 MINUTES 49 SECONDS E, 67.83 FEET ; THENCE N 77 DEGREES 48 MINUTES 26 SECONDS E, 100.17 FEET TO THE EASE LINE OF SAID LOT 1 ; THENCE S 12 DEGREES 11 MINUTES 34 SECONDS E ALONG THE EAST LINE 42.00 FEET THE POINT OF BEGINNING
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
