NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 25th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-031450-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JAMES F. SALDUTTI; BAYSHORE AT VISTA CAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; DINA R. SALDUTTI; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 27th day of November, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 118, PHASE 18, BAYSHORE AT VISTA CAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 8286, PAGE 2384, AS AMENDED BY SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION IN OR BOOK 8369, PAGE 2694, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL ITS APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
