NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-009630-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, where BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and PEDRO CRUZ; LAVERN CRUZ; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 21 day of November, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 8, block d, lake sparling heights, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 4, at page 48 of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
