LESS THE FOLLOWING DESFIBED PARCEL: THE NORTHERLY PORTION OF LOT 148, LEAWOOD FIRST ADDITION ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOKS, PAGE 122, BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 148; THENCE RUN SOUTH 85 DEGREES 25 MINUTES EAST 182.22 FEET` TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 149; THENCE SOUTH 11 DEGREES 14 MINUTES WEST 223.32 FEET TO A POINT INT HE WEST LINE OF LOT 149, THENCE SOUTH 85 DEGREES 23 MINUTES WEST 138.59 FEET TO A POINT IN THE EAST LIEN OF LOT 147, THENCE NORTH 244.82 FEET TO THE POITN OF BEGINNING.
