SELLERS A/K/A TABB SELLERS; ELIZABETH SELLERS; ETHEL B DYKES; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; GE MONEY BANK, A CORPORATION, F/K/A GE CAPTIAL CONSUMER CARD CO., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO MONOGRAM CREDIT CARD BANK OF GEORGIA; TENANT #1 N/K/A LYNETTE TERRY are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/09/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

AZALEA PARK SECTION 25, IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 30 EAST, AS SAID LOT IS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING WESTERLY OF STATE ROAD 551 (GOLDENROD ROAD), AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD 551 AND THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 8 (ALSO BEING THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF LANGFORD WAY, A 66-FOOT PLATTED ROAD); THEN RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 33 MINUTES 02 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID LOT LINE 15 FEET; THENCE NORTH 44 DEGREES 32 MINUTES 27 SECONDS EAST 21.21 FEET TO THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD 551; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 28 MINUTES 08 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE 15 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
