SELLERS A/K/A TABB SELLERS; ELIZABETH SELLERS; ETHEL B DYKES; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; GE MONEY BANK, A CORPORATION, F/K/A GE CAPTIAL CONSUMER CARD CO., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO MONOGRAM CREDIT CARD BANK OF GEORGIA; TENANT #1 N/K/A LYNETTE TERRY are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/09/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
