NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-004215 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and KEVIN SIMPSON A/K/A KEVIN J SIMPSON, D.R. HORTON INC, FIELDSTREAM WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, SUNTRUST BANK, FRANCES SIMPSON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 21st day of November, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83 FIELDSTREAM WEST PHASE I ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45 PAGES 80 THROUGH 83 PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
