NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 23rd day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000059-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.,AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF SAMI II 2006- AR2,MTG PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-AR2 is the Plaintiff and MARIE W. JEAN A/K/A MARIE JEAN A/K/A MARIE WILDINE JEAN, ERIN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC. ASSIGNEE OF HOUSHOLD, SHERMAN ACQUISITION LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY T/A TIDEWATER MOTOR CREDIT AND TIDEWATER CREDIT SERVICES, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIE W. JEAN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 25th day of November, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK 153, MEADOW WOODS VILLAGE 9 PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 104 AND 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
