DENLOYE A/K/A AFOLABI DENLOYE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE AFOLABI & ADERONKE DENLOYE LIVING TRUST 2007, DATED DECEMBER 8, 2007; ADERONKE O. DENLOYE A/K/A ADERONKE DENLOYE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE AFOLABI & ADERONKE DENLOYE LIVING TRUST 2007, DATED DECEMBER 8, 2007; AFOLABI DENLOYE; ADERONKE DENLOYE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BERMUDA DUNES PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE AFOLABI & ADERONKE DENLOYE LIVING TRUST 2007, DATED DECEMBER 8, 2007; JOHN DOE, and JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/02/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
