NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-011052-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and GRACE BEREDO; LUCRECIA BEREDO; TIVOLI WOODS SERVICE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
