NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated October 29, 2013, entered in Case No. 12000146CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Edna Padilla, a/k/a Edna G. Padilla; Unknown Spouse of Edna Padilla, a/k/a Edna G. Padilla; Luis Gonzalez, a/k/a Luis A. Gonzalez, a/k/a Luis A. Moya; Unknown Spouse of Luis Gonzalez, a/k/a Luis A. Gonzalez, a/k/a Luis A. Moya; Port Charlotte Homeowners and Civic Association, Inc.; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M., on the 2 day of December, 2013, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
