LOT 42, BLOCK G, ROCK CREEK PARK, 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 816 E 6TH ST, ENGLEWOOD, FL 34223; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on February 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
