IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
IN AND FOR CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Barbara T. Scott, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will on November 27, 2013, at 11:00 o'clock, A.M. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in Charlotte County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 335, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 21, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5 at Pages 12A through 12G, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Having an address of 2102 Tinker Street, Port Charlotte, FL 33948;
pursuant to the order of final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

Plaintiff, v.
ROBERT MILLER; BRENDA MILLER; and any unknown successors, assigns, heirs, devisees, beneficiaries, grantees, creditors, and any other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above named Defendants,

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
