NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-006630, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR5 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and LUBOMIRA MICHAEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUBOMIRA MICHAEL; MILAN KURUC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MILAN KURUC; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A GINGER E OSORIO; LAKE VIEW V CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE LAKE PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 202, BUILDING I, PHASE 1, LAKE VIEW V CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3038, PAGE 1904, AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 19A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
