NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated , 2013, entered in Case No. 10-02099-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for the Ellington Trust Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff, and Albert Banker; Virginia Banker; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession #1 and #2; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, an all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3742, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 65, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 3A THROUGH 3P, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
