NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12001610CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13 is the Plaintiff and PAUL SWIFT, et al, are Defendant's, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, on the 14 day of February, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 887, ROTONDA WEST PINE VALLEY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 16A THROUGH 16K, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
