NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005670, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-OPT2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT2, is Plaintiff and GARY T. SHAW A/K/A GARY SHAW, NICOLA SHAW; CENTURY BANK, FSB, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 2, CEDAR MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
