NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Reformation of the Mortgage dated October 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41 2011 CA 007189 AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is Plaintiff and PEGGY A. HILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PEGGY A. HILL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
