NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009CA004637 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-R10, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R10, is the Plaintiff and BRUCE SEIDENSTICKER; PEGGY E. SEIDENSTICKER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on NOVEMBER 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK D, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 9-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
